To all those suffering this very minute with any type of eating disorder or any suffering for that matter...I said a prayer for you tonight. Also, Keep on Keepin' On. Don't give up the Fight! You are special. You are NOT A NUMBER!!! The very essence of you is not a number or a scale. DON't forget that.... You were not born as a number. You were born as a life, a person who cried and laughed and made faces and burped and hiccuped (spelling?) and sneezed. Remember those things. And give yourself tender loving care.
