I have a friend who just told me that she hates her life. She then told me that last night she went into her bathroom, turned on the shower and forced herself to throw up. She thinks that he life is out of control and i know that she thinks by making herself throw up she is in control. She says that she already wants to throw up again tonight and she already knows when she's going to do it. I made her tell me when she was going to so i could call her and try and make her stop, but then she wouldnt tell me exactly when she was planning on it. She thinks that she'll be able to stop b/c she'll realize that its not worth it. But i know that she wont be able to! She made me PROMISE not to tell anyone..and i dont know what to do! She's my best friend and she's also been thinking about killing herself and i can't lose her! How can i help her if anyone knows PLEASE e-mail me or something~
