You may not think that you are, but that is the way the disease works. I KNOW. The honest truth; I have been dealing with the same feelings of I can't stand to be full, why not get rid of it, right.? But do you feel so overwhelmed with lathargy, and the puffy face and eyes, that it makes you more depressed, and further from accomplishing your ultimate goal? I have had wonderful sperts of time where I can stop eating before I get to point of being full, and I was so happy be 'on track' so to speak, but it's staying on that track that is the problem. Honest truth, Your hair WILL get stringy and break, and I have spent a lot of money getting my teeth REPLACED from doing exactly what you are doing right now. I am 24
