sombody please help me i need it im belemic and ive been in denial for 1 year and then it came to me. I have to stop, so now i try and i just cant i feel no one is supporting me and i need help im not looking for sympathy i just cant stop somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!!! its to the point where i cant eat anything hot spicy or fizzy I know i need to stop i just cant PLEASE HELP!!!
