Eating Disorders

My granddaughter will be 6 this month. She is the tallest in her kindergarten class and weighs 45 pounds. Apears healthy but thin. She just spent 4 nights at my home. During those 4 days she would only eat strawberries, spaghetti with butter, popcorn, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, macaroni and cheese and candy. Is she anorexic?
