Mindful Parenting RIE

Dear Parents,

Tomorrow begins a 4-week Mindful Parenting RIE-inspired workshop for parents and babies who are crawling, sitting and beginning to walk, approximately 7 to 11 months-old. The workshops will be held on Mondays, January 29 and February 5, 12 and 26th from 1:00 to 2:30 at Exhale Spa, 980 Madison Avenue. The price for the four session workshop is $140.
