Thanks for the response. I agree that the deficit of attachment is
not that different in alcoholics or Cluster B personality disorders. I,
however, conclude that this deficit may have a neurological basis that
is similar in both conditions. It only becomes different when signs of
alcoholic dementia or Korsakoff's sets in.
