i think i could help u out b/ i have the same project to do about the same subject. I think it should b lowered to 18 and here r my reasons y. if someone is legally old enough to do these things at 18 then we should lower it to 18.

so people r telling me they're not old enough to drink? WHATEVER!!!! im only 15 but still, i think it SHOULD b lowered b/c ur officially an adult!!
