good for you. these doctor types seem to think if they use psychoeducational treatment it will just go away. they HAVE TO "stop first." it never goes away. i've been sober 13 years, one day at a time.
today i see i never had "reasons to drink" only excuses. if i tryed to figure it out first i'd still be drunk.

alcoholics drink because thats what alcoholics do.

hope you have many "24's" by now.
