My sister also has this, altered perception and halucinations triggered by alcohol, funny thing is that it usually happened 1 or 2 days after drinking (so took years before we realised that alcohol was the cause). Doctors have not managed to come up with any diagnosis. Only answer seems to be AVOID ALCOHOL!
