i have been sufferin from panic attacks and depression for two years ive tried all kind of antidepressanty but nithing works exapt for xanax but i became dependant on it and when i stop i get mor attacks i dont know what to do any more i gave up alot of meds becouse og the side effect i am lost i wish i can get help with all the money i spent no results and how long willi have to take xanax when will i come back to normal
