I have had anxiety disorder for a long time now and take xanax. I have gotten to the point in the last year or more of having panic attacks when I have to drive or meet people or more recently leave the house. I have been isolating myself in my bedroom and have a friend who runs to store for my needs but I get panackey at the thought of leaving the house or when someone even knocks at my door.I haven't talked to my dr about it because I do not want him thinking I am crazy. My friends do not understand why I just can't pull myself together.
