I have been dealing with anxiety and
panic disorder for the past two years. I do take medication to help control
it, but I have read Don't
Panic by Reid Wilson, at least 6 times in the
last two years. It is at bedside. I, also, keep The
Power of Positive Thinking , by Norman Vincent Peal. I read as much
information as I can and I still go to therapy about every 4 months instead
of once a week. I am working and going back to school, and I have three
children. I found that it is possible to live again. Beating this disorder
is possible, it does take work and I highly recommend a therapist and you
don't have to be a martyr, sometimes, medication is necessary.
