I have just finished reading a new
book called Overcoming Panic Disorder, A Woman's Guide. It's excellent
and full of tools and resources and referrals. In fact, that is how
I found this website. I'd recommend it. The authors are Lorna Weinstock
and Eleanor Gilman. It includes several autobiographical case histories
of panic disorder sufferers as well as lots of pertinent info. A
book full of hope and optimism as well as accurate, current information
on the subject.
