I feel so ugly

I am 14 I am about 5'3 or 5'4 and I weigh 130. I feel so ugly and I hate the way my body looks. My friends say I look great and my boyfriend thinks I do too. No one knows, but recently I started going on a diet. Out of no where today I ate half a pizza then went and threw it up. It hurts because I just want to like the way I look and I want to fit into a bathing suit the way I want to look. I need help. I also have a question if you start throwing up food can you hurt yourself and get stuck with some sickness and like mess up your intestines or something? please I nees someone to talk to you can email me and tell me what you think and what you know it would be very helpful.
