Hello, my name is Wendy and I've had my anerexia under control for a year or so. Everything was going good, so I thought, but now all of a sudden I am very stressed out and feel the need to start starving myself again. I know that this is wrong and if Io just exercise a little more it would be okay. But to starve myself is like I have control over everything, and right now it feels as if I have no control. Can anyone give advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Wendy
